1) Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using Melograph, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Who can use Melograph

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your country. If you are under the age of majority, you may use Melograph only with a parent/guardian’s permission. Purchases may require you to be the age of majority.

3) The Service

Melograph lets users create audio-reactive visual videos using templates, customization controls, and export options. Features may change over time.

4) Accounts and access

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login and for activity under your account.

5) Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the audio, text, images, and other content you upload or enter (“User Content”).
You grant us a limited license to process User Content only as needed to provide the Service (e.g., to render previews/exports and troubleshoot support issues if you share files/logs).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use your User Content (including music rights, samples, artwork, and branding).

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• upload illegal content or use the Service for unlawful activity
• attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, bypass limitations, or abuse exports/credits
• transmit malware or harmful code

7) Payments, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks

Melograph uses Creem.io as Merchant of Record. When you purchase through our checkout, you are purchasing from Creem as the legal seller; Creem handles payment processing and related compliance, and may handle taxes, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks according to their policies.

Refund policy: Refunds for digital services are evaluated case-by-case.
Refund requests can be initiated via the contact form and may be processed through Creem’s systems.

8) Intellectual property

Melograph, including templates, UI, branding, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or resell templates or the Service itself.

9) Disclaimers

Melograph is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that exports will be error-free on every device/browser.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melograph will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, compliance, or fraud prevention.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
